Event Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate product information to customers, utilizing provided training and resources.
- Drive brand recognition through local events with the support of your Event Sales Associate team.
- Uphold client compliance standards and personal professionalism throughout customer interactions.
- Greet and engage with customers, providing clear answers to product and service inquiries.
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Lead customer interactions related to acquisition, retention, and sales, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of client products, services, and promotions to offer well-informed guidance.
- Adapt to customer challenges and recommend effective solutions on the spot.
- Participate actively in team collaborations to reach event sales goals.
Event Sales Associate Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation required for on-site events
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in event sales, customer service, retail, or sales is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach
- Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
