You’ll play a key role in organizing, executing, and supporting local marketing events that generate new business and enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support local marketing campaigns through the execution of promotional events and brand activations to increase awareness and drive sales.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and event promotions for our client portfolio to effectively communicate brand messaging and marketing strategies.
• Engage directly with customers at events to drive sales and marketing efforts, helping to execute key strategies and boost client exposure.
• Build and maintain brand loyalty by providing excellent customer experiences that ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Assist with the planning, development, and execution of promotional marketing campaigns that generate new business opportunities for our clients.
• Help with the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, promotional products) at events to enhance brand presence and support sales efforts.
• Provide essential support to the sales and marketing team, including tasks like data entry, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually improve your skills and contribute to the team’s overall growth.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma / GED required
• Must be a local applicant residing in or near Clarksburg, WV, with reliable transportation to commute to the office
• Strong communication skills—ability to interact effectively with customers and team members, as well as represent the brand professionally at events.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in work, school, or sports is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for customer engagement and marketing.
